Aug 25, 2014  HELP, We download to our imac the latest version of Outlook Mac 2011 update 14.4.3 and it started downloading all our old emails that are already in our inbox and we went to ATT/Yahoo mail and moved 40K plus emails to folder that we believe is offline but only reduced amount to 13K. May 02, 2017  Outlook 2016 with a February 2016 update installed is downloading multiple messages. The recommendation is to revert to the previous build. See Outlook 2016 POP Account Problems for more information and instructions. (This is fixed in the March 2016 update. Outlook users complain when Outlook downloads duplicate messages when they re-use Outlook data files. Outlook 2011 mac keeps downloading old emails.
